This is more than a strategic shift; it's a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference. Our mission is to help more people and businesses prosper, embracing a strong risk culture where all professionals are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.

The Opportunity: Assistant Optimisation & Personalisation Manager

Santander UK is seeking an Assistant Optimisation & Personalisation Manager based in Milton Keynes for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This fantastic opportunity is within our Customer Lifecycle Squads, where we are empowered to deliver awesome, data-driven, customer-centric experiences, with our CRO methodology central to achieving better outcomes for our customers.

Working within our Optimisation & Personalisation team, you will have the power to positively impact our customers' lives now and in the future. In a fast-paced, agile environment, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of your tests, from data analysis and ideation through to wireframing and post-test analysis. If you are passionate about improving all aspects of the digital customer journey, this role is for you.

You will be obsessed with improving customer experiences by establishing pain points through detailed analysis of customer journeys, user research, customer surveys, and web browsing behaviour. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure all activities are compliant and mitigate risks. You will also work with external partners to build, QA, and deliver activities, ensuring experiences are delivered on time and to the expected quality. Analysing concluded optimisation/personalisation activities will be key to establishing takeaways and identifying incrementality. Furthermore, you will support the continuous improvement of our CRO methodology with direct and global teams, sharing learnings and best practices to drive group-wide growth.
