Position Details
This is a Temporary Full Time position covering staff leave, commencing on 20 April 2026 and ending on 26 June 2026. Hours are 8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday at the Secondary Campus in Strathfield, NSW.
The Role
As the Administration Officer - Mission and Pastoral Care, you will provide essential support to the Deputy Principal – Mission and Pastoral Care. You will assist in ensuring the smooth operation of programs and services for staff, students and parents.
- Provide administrative support to leadership
- Manage confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate communication using school systems
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office and TASS
- First Aid qualification and current Working with Children Check
