Senior Manager Business Analyst - Endur

We are seeking a highly skilled Endur Business Analyst (BA) with a focus on Deal Modeling and Accounting within the Endur ETRM platform. This role bridges commercial trading teams and finance/accounting functions and requires expertise in front-to-back trading workflows.

Your Impact

  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for deal modeling, trade capture, and pricing structures in Endur.
  • Design and implement solutions for complex deal structures ensuring accurate representation in Endur.
  • Work with accounting and finance teams to support P&L reporting, settlements, and financial accounting processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work with technical teams for implementation and testing.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects involving Endur.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for effective Endur utilization.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience building Endur (not just using it) with Open Link Endur V16+.
  • Understanding of different Market Managers in Endur.
  • Solid grasp of Crude & Refined products business.
  • Experience in energy trading and risk management with emphasis on Oil Trading & scheduling.
  • In-depth knowledge of various derivatives instruments (futures, swaps, options) covering US and Europe markets.
  • Able to plan, deliver, and assure workstream deliverables while managing scope and design.
  • Act as a point of escalation, coach and mentor the business analysis team.
  • Hands-on experience with Deal Modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting.
  • Experience in producing P&L, Exposure reports, and simulations.
