Senior Manager Business Analyst - ENDUR

We are seeking a highly skilled Endur Business Analyst (BA) to join our team, focusing on Deal Modeling and Accounting within the Endur ETRM platform. Ideal for professionals who understand front-to-back trading workflows and can bridge commercial trading and finance/accounting functions.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for deal modeling, trade capture, and pricing structures in Endur.
  • Design and implement solutions for complex deal structures ensuring accurate representation in the system.
  • Work closely with accounting and finance teams on P&L reporting, settlements, and financial accounting within Endur.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and partner with technical teams to implement and test solutions.
  • Support system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects involving Endur.
  • Conduct user training and provide ongoing support for effective use of Endur functionalities.

Requirements:

Candidates must have hands-on experience building Endur rather than merely using it. Endur generalists with mid-office and security experience are preferred, with specific knowledge in Credit and Collateral within Middle Office with Security.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • Working experience with Open Link Endur V16 & Higher.
  • Understanding of different Market Managers in Endur.
  • Good understanding of Crude & Refined products business.
  • Experience in energy trading and risk management with emphasis on Oil Trading & scheduling.
  • In-depth knowledge of various derivatives instruments (Futures, swaps, options, etc.) covering US and Europe markets.
  • Ability to plan, deliver, and assure workstream deliverables.
  • Experience in managing scope and design of a workstream including risk, feasibility, and business impact assessment.
  • Point of escalation for workstream issues.
  • Coaching and mentoring capabilities for the business analysis team.
  • Innovative approach to solving problems or leveraging new opportunities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - building relationships, communication, and expectation management.
  • Practical hands-on experience with Deal Modelling, C-motion, reference data, risk valuation, invoicing, settlements, and reporting within Endur.
  • Experience with P&L & Exposure reports and simulations.
