About The Job: Reliability and Maintenance Digitisation Leader
Are you ready to jump into a mega project (> 2 B€ Capex program, thereof design/engineering budget >>200 m€) to bring in your experience & knowledge? The race is on to design & build our new Insulin flex facilities addressing BLA (Biologics License Application) inside a program of 2 new facilities in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and China. You will lead all Reliability Process implementation activities from Basic Engineering down to Detailed Design for the Program in accordance with EHS, Quality, Business & Users requirements, focusing on design to cost solutions & process replication for Glargine in China. Main Responsibilities
- Design the predictive strategy for the global maintenance plan of the two facilities in a fully digital environment. As input, take into account impacts of potential failures on the 14 steps of insulin production and its value stream.
- Onboard the Reliability Engineers for Germany and China sites.
- Collaborate with automation and digital teams for integration of Smart Instrumentation and IoT devices. Contribute to site historian parameterization.
- Define the advanced diagnostics data to collect. A good knowledge of key parameters on the process and FMEA analysis are to be taken into account.
- Lead your team to implement conditional activities in substitution of systematic activities in maintenance instructions. Consider a predictive approach if historic data is available in the monitoring solution. Support of AI tools or data scientists’ analysis is a plus.
- Build a structured process to manage work orders based on pre-alarming of conditional/predictive monitoring. Take into account preparation and execution phases through the CMMS system, integer KPIs on costs and technical availability. Integrate a continuous improvement loop based on review of “bad actors” equipment and recurrent failure modes to regularly update maintenance strategy and instructions.
- Provide support to transfer management of new plans to local organization with Reliability Engineer and operational maintenance teams (Germany and China). Take into account local environment for external support and resources.
Experience & Education
About you
- Worked more than 5 years in technical positions in industrial sites, including at least one experience in Maintenance on a large-scale production environment.
- Experience and knowledge of GMP, FDA, and EU guidelines especially data integrity requirements.
- Experience in working in a large, complex matrixes environment with global processes and governance structures.
Soft And Technical Skills
- Rigorous, organized, factual and results-oriented.
- Good general technical knowledge in mechanical and automation, ability to interact with experts, especially instrumentation and digital.
- Ability to “speak with data” and data flow management in a 0-paper environment. Experiences with some streaming engines solutions, ERP and CMMS Systems, historian solutions or data lake solutions.
- Customer Centricity/Results oriented/Teamwork/Clear thinker.
- Act for innovation, initiating new and improved ways of working.
Education
- Master’s degree in industrial engineering domain: Generalist Engineer diploma.
Languages
- English (Project language).
- German is a plus.
