Role Overview
As a Public Affairs Manager, you will lead and develop strategic alliances with key stakeholders in government and the private sector including the Department of Health, local and national medical societies, and patient advocacy groups.
Responsibilities
- Engage with industry associations and civic organizations (e.g., PHAP, European, French, and American Chambers of Commerce – Philippines).
- Monitor government branches (executive, legislative, and judicial) and track relevant orders and bills.
- Create and maintain a strategic stakeholder map of government and policy influencers.
- Partner with commercial and leadership teams to identify policy priorities and align external messaging.
- Represent Sanofi at a senior level with government officials, trade associations, and patient organizations.
- Support improvements to pricing, access regulation, and new market routes as per business needs.

- Excellent communication skills with high ranking government officials and stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of public administration and government protocols.
- Proven leadership with a self-driven, hands-on approach.
- Effective networking in multicultural environments and matrix organizations.
- Personal traits include accountability, creativity, resilience, and continuous improvement.
