Role Overview

The Global MDM Analyst is a key role within the Master Data Management team. You will work as a Data Steward for Finance, responsible for data quality, data governance, master data management, information strategy, and KPIs. Your goal is to remove impediments, promote improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as SOX and GxP.

Main Responsibilities

  • Promote and apply governance principles across Business Operations.
  • Define global data quality and catalog classification rules.
  • Support improvements in ERP systems data collection with Data Domain Owners and Stewards.
  • Ensure compliance and security (data privacy, access).
  • Organize training sessions to promote Governance principles.
  • Communicate effectively with management and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in documentation to support compliance (SOX, GxP).
  • Review and update master data management practices across domains.

Experience & Skills

Experience: 5+ years in business experience, with a background in master data management, shared service environments, or IT management. Experience with regulated projects (SOX & GxP) is a plus.

Technical Skills: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Economics, Engineering or related field. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, SAP, Snowflake, SQL, and Informatica. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements in highly regulated industries.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, team spirit, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, global environment.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in Budapest at Váci Greens with a hybrid working arrangement.
