About the role
DevOps - Veeva Quality Suite Config Specialist
Sanofi is implementing a new Quality Management System (QMS) called QualiPSO, based on Veeva Quality Suite, to streamline and accelerate our Quality Assurance processes. We are seeking a Veeva configuration specialist with expertise in Veeva Quality Suite and Veeva certification to join our team.
About The Job
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the QualiPSO product backlog through Veeva configuration, maintaining existing SDKs (specific developments), and potentially developing new ones in collaboration with Product Owners and Scrum Masters. You will also analyze the impact of Veeva releases (three times a year) on QualiPSO and propose remediation plans. You will collaborate with the AIMS team on incidents requiring Veeva expertise, document specifications in Jira, Confluence, or other agreed-upon tools, and ensure adherence to GxP rules and guidelines. Additionally, you will perform pair configuration reviews to maintain quality and standards, troubleshoot and debug issues, participate in team meetings and agile ceremonies, and continuously learn about new technologies and industry trends.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Veeva QualiPSO configuration & SDK based on user requirements.
- Analyze QualiPSO impact at each Veeva release and propose a remediation plan.
- Work with the AIMS team on incidents requiring Veeva expertise.
- Document specifications in Jira, Confluence, or other agreed documentation tools.
- Follow GxP rules and guidelines.
- Perform pair configuration reviews to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues.
- Participate in team meetings and agile ceremonies.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Minimum one year of experience with VEEVA QualitySuite (QualityDocs and QMS).
- Excellent communication skills, including influencing, active listening, and negotiation within a team environment.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Veeva Certified.
- Experience in GxP environments.
