About the Role

Join Sanofi's Cyber Security team, a dedicated group at the intersection of technology, law, and risk management. Your role will focus on two strategic areas: supporting legal operations (investigations, eDiscovery) and dynamic information protection, in close collaboration with other Cyber teams, as well as Legal, Corporate Security, and Digital Workplace teams. Key Responsibilities

Support to Legal Operations & Investigations
  • Rigorously and discreetly manage investigations ordered by the Legal and Corporate Security teams.
  • Act as a responsive and trusted partner in legal operations: eDiscovery and internal investigations.
  • Continuously contribute to building and improving the risk management process related to information theft, in partnership with Corporate Security teams.
  • Enhance the quality and agility of information gathering for investigations and eDiscovery operations using modern technologies.
Information Protection & Risk Detection
  • Continuously and tangibly improve capabilities for detecting information leaks and risky behaviors.
  • Implement dynamic cyber posture capabilities adapted to real-time user context.
  • Meet the challenge of protection that adapts to data sensitivity and user behavior.
Cyber Awareness & Culture
  • Educate employees on best practices and responsible use of IT systems with an adapted notification system.
  • Contribute to fostering a security culture within the organization.
Risk Analysis & Project Support
  • Analyze Cyber risks and provide support for Digital Workplace projects.
  • Contribute to team performance through a data-driven approach and dashboard creation.

About You

  • First successful experience in a Digital environment, with a strong appetite for Cyber risks and information protection.
  • Ability to look ahead, propose solutions with method and organization.
  • Sense of priorities: know how to make the right choices to bring maximum value.
  • Ease of working in a team and cross-functionally with various business stakeholders.
  • Autonomy in driving initiatives, with the ability to escalate appropriately.
  • Appetite for Business Intelligence and a performance culture driven by data.
  • Absolute rigor and discretion, essential in sensitive investigations.
  • Good command of English in a professional context.
Technical Skills
  • Scripting: Python, PowerShell
  • Cyber & Cloud Platforms: Cortex, Chronicle, Zscaler, Snowflake
  • Microsoft Environment: O365, Power Platform, Purview
  • Data Integration: REST API, SQL (intermediate level)
  • Visualization & Reporting: Power BI

Education & Experience

  • Engineering degree in Computer Science with a specialization in software development and/or Cybersecurity.
  • Confirmed experience in development (beyond simple administration scripting).
  • Ideally, implementation and usage aptitude for AI platforms and agents.
  • Recent graduates are welcome, provided they have one or more significant internships in the mentioned fields.
  • First successful experience in Cyber, particularly in incident management, vulnerability management, or forensic/digital investigation activities.
