About The Role: Associate Director, Health Informatics Technology
Join Sanofi's Specialty Care team, dedicated to transforming care for individuals facing immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. As an Associate Director, Health Informatics Technology, you will play a crucial role in delivering breakthrough treatments by driving health information technology initiatives within health systems and other organized customers. This involves optimizing clinical workflows, leveraging existing technology investments like EHR, PHM, and CRM, and translating complex healthcare data into actionable insights to improve operations and patient care, particularly in COPD care delivery.
Key Responsibilities: External Engagement
- Align Sanofi’s Health Informatics Technology (HIT) capabilities with those of health systems.
- Identify and develop HIT market shaping opportunities with relevant vendors, influencers, policymakers, and stakeholders.
- Establish strong relationships with HIT decision-makers within health systems and large organized customers to enhance access to Sanofi’s respiratory portfolio.
- Capture actionable insights regarding health systems, organized customers, and local market dynamics.
- Organize and execute workflow assessments to pinpoint opportunities for customers to improve respiratory workflow across the patient journey.
- Help interpret current healthcare data and strategize its utilization for operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Internal Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover new opportunities and identify unexpressed clinical/customer technology needs.
- Actively participate in executive briefings and business reviews with Account Managers.
- Contribute to business plans, including opportunity development, strategic account targeting, planning, and competitive strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure key stakeholders across marketing, IT, medical affairs, market access, and operations are fully informed and aligned on relevant business opportunities.
- Provide insights to the marketing team for the development of new in-market resources and tools.
- Support marketing in monitoring the external technical and business environment.
- Offer educational support to the Account Team on existing HIT capabilities and emerging trends.
- Serve as a technical expert for the broader Account Management and Respiratory Business Unit.

Candidate Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in health information technology, marketing, or a commercial field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong IT acumen and comprehensive knowledge of HIT platforms and applications.
- Understanding of clinical workflows, including evaluation and optimization using technology.
- Profound knowledge of how HIT is currently leveraged in the US market and within health systems.
- Prior experience working for an HIT Vendor, Digital Health Vendor, or within IT at a health system.
- Epic certified.
- Solid project management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership in evolving environments, utilizing change management strategies.
- Ability to manage conflict with composure and exhibit managerial courage.
- MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
