About Sanity's Senior Software Engineer Dashboard Role

At Sanity.io, we’re building the future of AI-powered Content Operations with our AI Content Operating System. This role is part of the Dashboard team, responsible for creating and building our Content Operating System Dashboard – a single software platform integrating our product offerings for a highly collaborative experience.

What You Would Do

  • Build user interfaces and plan delightful editorial experiences.
  • Implement real-time collaboration with reactive APIs and presence indicators.
  • Debug and optimize for performance using good coding patterns.
  • Learn from community usage and share best practices internally and externally.
  • Continuously improve test coverage, robustness, and decouple state from UI.

About You

You are a compassionate and pragmatic individual with advanced React experience and familiarity with frameworks like React Router, Remix, or Next.js. You have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving mindset, and you write readable and maintainable code.
