About the Data Analyst, Data Operations Role

Join S&P Global's dynamic Content Team in Manila as a Data Analyst, Data Operations. This role focuses on collecting Officers & Directors' data from company-filed documents and websites for publication on our products. You'll be instrumental in gathering and updating People Data for public and private companies globally, adhering to established data collection procedures. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into diverse management structures across various companies and countries, all within a vibrant team environment that provides numerous avenues for growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality data extraction, collection, and analysis using workflow tools, strictly following guidelines and procedures.
• Provide accurate, relevant, and comprehensive solutions to client requirements.
• Identify and address data lapses and gaps in coverage.
• Understand dataset operations, workflows, and maintain strong knowledge of workflow tools.
• Achieve individual and team targets, delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
• Contribute ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the dataset.
• Manage projects, ensuring timely completion with the desired quality.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide support to the team.
• Explore lean and automation options to improve processes.

What S&P Global is Looking For

We seek candidates with excellent written and oral communication skills and proficiency in secondary research sources. A willingness to work in a 24x5 environment with rotational shifts is essential. Ideal candidates will have certification or experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong quantitative, analytical, and interpretive skills, and the ability to conduct efficient thematic online research. Knowledge of SQL, Excel, and PowerBI is preferred. The ability to multitask, work collaboratively in a team, adhere to flexible schedules, and demonstrate initiative and creativity in problem-solving are highly valued.
