Job Description
The role involves designing, developing, modifying, and evaluating chip architecture and circuit structures for high performance NAND flash memory. Projects include feasibility studies of advanced 3-dimensional NAND memories through simulation and silicon evaluation.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and evaluate chip architecture and circuits.
- Perform HSPICE, PRIMESIM and VERILOG simulations.
- Analyze complex problems and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Applicants must hold an MS or BS in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience. Knowledge in non-volatile memory design, particularly NAND flash operation, is a big advantage. A strong design background, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are essential.
