Position Summary
The Enterprise SSD Business Account Manager role supports account management and business development in the Enterprise and Data Center markets. This role requires deep storage ecosystem knowledge, strong cross-functional collaboration and a track record in driving revenue growth while aligning customer priorities with company goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Drive short- and long-term revenue and shipment goals.
- Collaborate with Technical Support, Field Application Engineering, Sales Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Product Marketing.
- Understand the Enterprise and Data Center ecosystem including integrators and GPU partners.
- Establish credibility with customers at all levels.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts while aligning customer needs with company objectives.
- Oversee product lifecycle from roadmap alignment to end-of-life transitions.
- Coordinate and prepare for technology and business meetings.
- Develop customer relationship maps and respond promptly to inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
- 5–10 years of direct sales experience in Enterprise and Data Center markets.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise storage product portfolios and roadmaps.
- Experience in contract negotiations and customer engagement at multiple organizational levels.
