About the Role
SandboxAQ is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator Fixed Term to manage interview processes and streamline recruiting operations while ensuring a positive candidate experience. In this role, you'll be the first impression for candidates and partner with various teams to drive a professional and efficient recruitment journey.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate multi-step interview processes to ensure a seamless candidate journey.
- Serve as the central point of contact for candidates, recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders for process alignment.
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and other recruitment tools.
- Bring creative ideas for recruiting operations and process improvements.
About You
- 2+ years of scheduling or coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities with a process-oriented mindset.
- Experience with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, or Workday is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Located within the eastern half of the USA or willing to work Eastern Time hours.
- Expertise in using Applicant Tracking Systems, particularly Ashby ATS.
- Interest in expanding knowledge in People Operations.
Compensation & Benefits
The US base salary for this full-time position ranges between $71k and $99k per year, complemented by annual discretionary bonuses, equity, competitive benefits, and learning opportunities.
