We are looking for a Fullstack Developer to design and build AI-powered platforms together.

What DXT Team AI Fullstack Developers Do

• Design and develop AI-powered platforms.
• Analyze creator business processes and design scalable system architectures.
• Build organically connected front-end and back-end platforms.
• Structure business data and build a Knowledge Base.
• Transform work know-how and data into forms usable for AI learning/application.
• Manage structured and unstructured data and design service-based data structures.
• Implement AI Agent-based work automation.
• Design Knowledge Base-based AI Agents and apply them within work processes.
• Implement and continuously improve decision-making and execution functions within work flows.
• Integrate and platformize work tools.
• Integrate distributed work tools and improve user experience.
• Service-enable internal workflows.
• Apply the latest AI technologies and improve services.
• Quickly apply the latest AI technologies and advance services.
• Develop technologies to a level applicable to business.

Who We Want to Grow With

• Experience applying and operating AI services in a production environment.
• Experience improving development productivity using LLM-based development tools.
• Experience building back-office systems such as ERP/CRM.
• Understanding of business domains like advertising, settlement, and partner management.
• Attitude to learn and collaborate in a rapidly changing environment.

Even Better If You Have

• Computer Science or AI-related major.
• Experience using LLM APIs (Gemini, Claude, etc.).
• SaaS integration and work automation experience (Slack, Notion, Google Workspace).
• Experience designing and operating AWS/GCP-based services.
• Data modeling skills with MySQL/PostgreSQL, etc.
• Experience using open-source AI and local models.
• Ability to handle various languages/legacy environments.
• (Plus) Web3/Blockchain experience.
