Overview
As a Wealth Management Client Service Associate at Sanctuary Wealth Group LLC, you will be a trusted resource for our clients and advisors. You will use your administrative and operational skills to help manage and grow client relationships while meeting compliance standards and supporting various operational tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The role includes the following key responsibilities:
- Account and Client Data Maintenance: Process client requests, resolve inquiries, and ensure complete client documentation.
- Onboarding New Clients: Assist with the onboarding process, collecting required documents and information.
- Outgoing Communication: Communicate with clients, third parties, and family members to update account records.
- Administrative Support: Provide support through tasks such as filing, printing, and preparing client reports.
- Project Management: Support various projects and manage updates including tax documentation and compliance.
- Problem-Solving and Ownership: Proactively resolve issues and maintain an organized task list.
- Training and Position Knowledge: Engage in training to stay updated on compliance and other responsibilities.
Salary & Benefits
Base Salary between $80,000 and $90,000 with discretionary bonus potential. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance with 75% employer-paid premium for both individual and family plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of financial services or wealth management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance-related field.
- Preferred: Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65).
- Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while focusing on client service.
