About the role

About Sanabil Studio

Sanabil Studio is a venture builder that blends industry expertise, technology, and startup know-how to turn bold ideas into real businesses. We take concepts from zero to launch, and when a venture proves its potential, we back it with seed funding and hands-on support to help it scale.

We are looking for a Product Manager with around four years of experience who thrives in ambiguity and loves building from scratch. You’ll rotate across portfolio ventures at different stages - some weeks running discovery sprints for a brand-new concept, other weeks shipping V1 of a fintech product.

The Role

What you'll own here.
  • Own the product lifecycle across multiple ventures - from discovery and validation through launch and iteration.
  • Run lean experiments to test hypotheses fast - kill what doesn’t work, and double down on what does.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and data teams to ship products that users actually want.
  • Conduct user research, prototype, and validate ideas before a single line of code gets written.
  • Define product strategy, success metrics, and roadmaps aligned with each venture’s stage and goals.
  • Leverage AI tools and frameworks to accelerate product development, automate workflows, and build smarter products.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and decisions clearly to studio leadership and venture stakeholders.

The Profile

You're probably a fit if…
  • You have around four years of product management experience in a startup, studio, or high-growth environment.
  • You have a technical background - you’ve worked closely with engineering teams and can speak their language. A CS degree or equivalent is a plus.
  • You have a strong design sensibility, are comfortable in Figma, fluent in UX principles, and opinionated about what good product design looks like.
  • You actively use AI tools - LLMs, copilots, and no-code AI platforms - and can identify where AI adds real product value, not just hype.
  • You’ve taken a product from 0 to 1, not just optimized an existing one.
  • You have experience in SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce.
  • You don’t wait for a brief - you write it.
  • Bonus: experience in a venture studio or accelerator, familiarity with the MENA tech ecosystem, hands-on experience building AI-powered features, data skills in SQL and analytics tools, or Arabic fluency.

The Environment

What working here actually looks like.
  • Always Building, Never Stagnant: You’ll work across multiple products at different stages, which means your learning curve stays steep and no two months look the same.
  • AI, Fintech, and SaaS in One of the World’s Fastest-Growing Ecosystems: You’ll be at the intersection of three of the most exciting spaces in tech, right in the heart of Riyadh’s growing scene.
  • Real Ownership From Day One: This isn’t a PM role where you manage a backlog. You’ll define strategy, run experiments, and make calls that directly shape venture outcomes.

What You Get From Us

  • Competitive pay: A package that reflects your experience and the market.
  • Equity participation: Real upside across studio ventures, not just the one you’re working on today.
  • Premium gear, day one: Everything you need to hit the ground running, set up and ready before your first morning.
  • Mentorship that matters: Individual career development from people who’ve actually built and scaled ventures.
  • An accelerated curve: You’ll learn more here in 12 months than most roles offer in three years.
