We offer comprehensive services including 24-hour emergency, family birth center, orthopedic surgery, advanced diagnostics, cardiopulmonary and gastrointestinal services. Responsibilities

  • Provide staffing and scheduling support for assigned departments.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and Department Leadership to create and revise schedules.
  • Post schedules according to Hospital policy or CBA deadlines.
  • Adjust daily staffing in real-time through active unit rounding.
  • Participate in Hospital position control meetings and staffing report reviews.
  • Forecast staffing needs to avoid emergencies.
  • Manage supplemental agency personnel requests and update orders in Vendor Management System (VMS).
  • Reconcile VMS invoices with the Finance department and promote agency reduction.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal communication skills are necessary. Healthcare experience in an acute care setting is preferred, along with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
