Role Overview

As a Project Manager AI at SAMY, you will drive the development of intelligent automation modules by translating business requirements into technical deliverables. You will manage cross-functional teams to build AI solutions that streamline marketing workflows while engaging stakeholders and delivering measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define AI platform roadmap, coordinate with Research & Insight, Data Science, and Engineering teams, and engage stakeholders to prioritize workflows.
  • Project Delivery: Manage end-to-end AI module delivery, oversee development of intelligent applications, and coordinate technical projects including machine learning integration and API development.
  • Technical Program Management: Lead planning phases for infrastructure research, technology stack selection, security compliance, and manage MVP development cycles and UAT.
  • Commercial & Client Focus: Engage in pre-sales activities, work with sales teams, and provide accurate project estimates for expanding AI services.
  • Team & Resource Management: Lead interdisciplinary teams including Data Scientists, Engineers, and Marketing Experts, conduct resource analysis, and maintain project governance.

Requirements

5+ years of project management experience in technology implementations (preferably AI/ML or marketing technology). Must have a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, agile methodologies, and be proficient in digital marketing and client-facing engagements. Fluent in English with additional languages a plus.
