Position Summary

This senior level business management role is responsible for advising, leading, and guiding a national team. The role is designed to shape key national strategies and deliver results in alignment with corporate objectives.

Role And Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on Display Division activities within approved guidelines.
• Lead the national team in strategic planning, investment, and sales/marketing initiatives.
• Oversee product management from strategy and pricing to marketing and reporting.
• Direct internal organization management including recruitment and team development.
• Recommend improvements for operational efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Samsung Sales & Marketing, Product, and Channel Management processes.
• Develop and implement processes for financial planning and reporting.
• Prepare and present executive-level presentations and insights.
• Assess and manage business risks ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Analyze reports and generate actionable insights with management commentary.

Skills And Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or similar field.
• Fluent in Korean (speaking/writing) and English.
• 7-10+ years of managerial experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PPT).
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders and presenting results.
