About the Role

The Senior Customer Success Quality Analyst will join the Customer Success Quality Programs team, partnering with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to elevate customer outcomes. The role supports teams by implementing data monitoring systems, assessing compliance, and using business intelligence to drive improvements in customer experience across diverse segments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize industry best practices to ensure high service standards.
  • Monitor interactions to assess engagement quality and compliance.
  • Implement tracking mechanisms for call scoring and calibration.
  • Drive investigative projects for process and training improvements.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure quality accountability.
  • Leverage tools like LLMs, Excel, Google Sheets, and Tableau to analyze data.
  • Deliver data-driven insights across all segments, regions, and industries.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and embed them in daily operations.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, Management Consulting, or Program Management.
  • Experience in SaaS environment or fast-paced IT consulting.
  • Proven record of launching quality projects that boost productivity.
  • Strong data analysis, communication, and process improvement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce.
  • Project management or industry certifications (e.g., COPC, PMP).
