About the Role
As a Senior Customer Success Quality Analyst, you will join the Customer Success Quality Programs team. You will partner with leadership and stakeholders to uplift quality outcomes for customers by implementing data monitoring systems, assessing compliance, and leveraging business intelligence to drive improvements in customer interactions.
- Monitor and assess service interactions.
- Implement quality process tracking and compliance measures.
- Drive data analysis using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations stakeholders.
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles.
Minimum Requirements
Candidates should have 4+ years experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, Quality, or Program Management. Experience in technical and non-technical customer environments along with a proven track record of enhancing quality processes is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Gong and/or Salesforce.
- Certifications like COPC or PMP.
