About the Role

As the Manager, Sales Operations on the Deal Strategy team, you will streamline the customer experience for our Enterprise sales team and their customers. You will collaborate across various teams, define processes, and drive critical improvements to increase revenue while developing and coaching a team of 6-8 coordinators and analysts.

  • Collaborate with sales and cross-functional leadership to empower the Enterprise Sales team.
  • Refine processes for request intake, assessment, and prioritization.
  • Enhance sales representative experience through targeted improvements.
  • Drive execution of critical improvements to boost revenue.
  • Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive high-performing team.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales support or deal strategy roles at tech companies.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
  • Excellent communication with senior-level executives (AVP+).
  • Proven leadership driving complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a top university.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced data analysis skills with large, unstructured datasets.
  • Experience with Zendesk administration and Salesforce CPQ.
  • Ability to communicate technical details clearly to business leaders.

Compensation & Benefits

The annual base salary ranges from $89,250 to $120,000 USD. Full-time employees receive a competitive total compensation package, remote/flexible working conditions, health benefits, and additional perks.

Work Arrangement & Location

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US with specific geographic exclusions. Relocation assistance will not be provided.
