Role Overview

The Manager, Sales and Contract Administration leads a team of analysts in executing and optimizing critical pre-sales and post-sales processes supporting Account Executives. This remote role based in Mexico involves overseeing complex, high-volume post-sales activities, resolving escalations, and driving continuous improvement across systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coach a high-performing Sales & Contract Administration team.
  • Oversee invoicing, contract amendments, purchase order processing and order validation.
  • Serve as primary escalation point and resolve internal and external issues.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success teams.
  • Engage with customer procurement teams ensuring compliance and documentation accuracy.
  • Identify workflow bottlenecks and lead process improvement initiatives.
  • Set and track team KPIs to optimize throughput, accuracy, and service levels.
  • Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Hire, develop and lead an inclusive and high-performing team.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years in Sales Operations, Customer Support or similar roles with 2+ years in management.
  • Experience leading operational teams for complex, high-volume processes.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce; familiarity with Zendesk/NetSuite is a plus.
  • High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.

Preferred Experience

Experience with Enterprise-level customer support, navigating B2B procurement workflows, project management, process improvement initiatives, and quote-to-cash processes is beneficial.
