About the Role
As an Implementation Consultant on the Mid-Market Customer Success team, you will guide customers in deploying and adopting Samsara's IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets. You serve as the trusted point of contact from onboarding to renewal, ensuring customers quickly achieve value from the technology.
- Manage deployment of Samsara technology for Mid-Market customers
- Create launch plans and roadmaps for product adoption
- Conduct training sessions and address customer challenges
- Coordinate with Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product teams
- Champion Samsara’s cultural principles and customer success
What You Bring
You have 4+ years in customer success, account management, or strategic consulting with a proven track record in handling technical products. You are adept at building relationships, understanding complex customer needs, and working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
