About the Role
In this Associate Product Manager role at Samsara, you join the Product team to drive the success of new products and features. You will learn product management fundamentals through an apprenticeship-style program and participate in two rotational ~9-month cycles. This program is ideal for candidates with technical backgrounds, currently completing degrees in fields like Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Learn core product management skills with formal training and mentorship.
- Gather customer feedback through structured beta programs.
- Manage end-to-end feature launches and measure success.
- Engage with executive leadership and scale product offerings across teams.
- Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to own small product roadmaps.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3.5 GPA, strong intellectual curiosity and leadership.
- Experience in building products or startups, even as a founding member.
- Currently pursuing a relevant technical Bachelor’s degree (completion by Spring 2026).
- Proven ability to glean actionable insights from data.
- Excellent communication skills and a bias-for-action mentality.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range is stated as $81,812 to $137,500 USD, along with bonus, RSU awards, and a competitive total compensation package. Additional benefits include remote and flexible work, health benefits, and a relocation bonus for candidates joining the San Francisco headquarters.
