Position Summary

The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club develops and supports Membership by providing detailed information on membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, while participating in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure facility safety by following all safety standards and procedures.
  • Fulfill Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items.
  • Manage work assignments using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, and customers.
  • Provide exceptional Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and resolving issues.

Benefits and Compensation
