Position Summary
The Backroom Associate at Sam's Club is responsible for maintaining and processing shipments, organizing receiving areas, and ensuring safety at the facility. You will manage delivery schedules, compile receiving reports, verify merchandise counts, and route merchandise appropriately. You are also responsible for processing claims such as returning damaged goods and handling liquidation merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and process shipments following company policies.
- Organize and maintain the Receiving area and complete required documentation.
- Track and process claims for damaged or liquidated merchandise.
- Ensure facility safety by adhering to safety standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with managers, co-workers, and business partners to complete assignments.

Additional Information
The hourly wage range is $19.00 to $26.00 with additional compensation premiums in certain circumstances. A Forklift Certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of employment. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
