About the Role
Salt Security is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer for our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this full-time, remote role, you will partner with the Talent Acquisition leader to build diverse pipelines of high-quality candidates.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leader to understand role requirements.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and professional engagement.
- Manage candidate data in the ATS with precision.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market insights.
- Work with the TA team to improve sourcing processes.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with Boolean search, X-ray search is a plus.
- Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
