About the Role

Salt Security is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer for our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this full-time, remote role, you will partner with the Talent Acquisition leader to build diverse pipelines of high-quality candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition leader to understand role requirements.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies via LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and professional engagement.
  • Manage candidate data in the ATS with precision.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market insights.
  • Work with the TA team to improve sourcing processes.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Boolean search, X-ray search is a plus.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and employer branding.
