Job Overview
The Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising Manager brings the retail marketing strategy to life in North America. This role translates the brand story into immersive, on-the-ground retail experiences that engage consumers and drive sales. Acting as a conduit to the global brand retail experience team, you will ensure the localization of campaigns, tools, and platforms to create a consistent, global brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Retail Brand Marketing: Collaborate on retail marketing campaigns, manage creative briefs, and oversee seasonal initiatives.
- Event & Community Activation: Coordinate retail events, community meetups, and in-store experiences in line with global guidelines.
- Store Visual Merchandising: Support new store openings, monitor campaign performance, and manage local vendor partnerships.
- Budget & Metrics Management: Manage marketing budgets and track performance metrics on the retail score card.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is required, along with over 8 years of experience in retail. The ideal candidate has in-store marketing and visual merchandising expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in managing teams, planning strategic retail initiatives, and understanding current fashion and lifestyle trends is essential.
