Overview
Salesloft is seeking a RVP Enterprise Sales to build and coach an elite team of Account Executives in the enterprise segment. The role is responsible for achieving quota, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product teams.
The Opportunity
You will lead, develop and manage a team of Account Executives. Your goal will be to generate net new business with enterprise customers and drive efficiency improvements through innovation, training, and process enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales leadership experience.
- A hunter DNA with strong C-suite engagement skills.
- Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and manage complex sales cycles.
- Team building and coaching expertise.
- Strong work ethic, proactive and resourceful.
The Onboarding Roadmap
Within One Month: Attend New Hire Orientation, join a 3-week Sales Bootcamp, start 1:1 meetings, and get demo certified.
Within Three Months: Become a product expert, coach your team, implement sales strategies, perform pipeline reviews, and hire top talent.
Within Six Months: Help your team consistently meet quotas and complete negotiation training.
Within Twelve Months: Be recognized as a top-performing leader, mentor peers, and drive ongoing success.
