The Team
The Partner Success team supports Partners in driving customer success by offering pre-sales support, enablement, and engineering solutions. Collaborating with Partner Account Managers, Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Services, Product, and Partner Support ensures quality consulting, successful implementation, and robust adoption of the Salesforce Customer Success Platform.
The Role
As a Technical Architect – Partner Success, you will provide Partner PreSale Support in the ANZ region. You will balance technical expertise and business acumen by gathering requirements, designing technical sales strategies, configuring solutions, and mentoring teams. Your role will include:
- Assessment & Evangelization: Sharing the Agentforce story and driving solution integration.
- Solution Co-Creation: Delivering technical expertise for Salesforce products with partners including GSIs and SIs.
Your Impact
- Lead strategic, scalable solution design for partner success.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and partners.
- Deliver hands-on technical consulting and configuration for Salesforce products, including AI and Data solutions.
- Mentor team members and contribute to internal enablement and growth initiatives.
- Support pre-sales activities with technical responses for RFPs/RFIs.
Experience/Skills Required
The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of industry experience in technical roles such as Solution Engineering or Technology Consulting, with a strong background in Salesforce declarative configuration, coding best practices, and enterprise integration. Experience with AI, Data Cloud, Snowflake, AWS, GCP, and machine learning models is essential. Relevant certifications such as Salesforce.com AI Specialist, Agentblazer Innovator, and Certified Data Cloud are highly regarded.
