The Solution Engineer role is designed for candidates interested in pre-sales technical support across various Salesforce cloud offerings. This role focuses on aligning innovative strategies with technology solutions to drive customer success for small, medium, and growth businesses.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand business needs and design solutions.
- Develop technical sales strategies and deliver product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams.
- Recommend multi-product technology solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Assist in discovery, analysis, and strategic recommendation processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years professional experience. Solid oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications, CRM or similar technology sales experience, and basic programming experience in HTML and web technologies.
