Overview
The Solution Engineer role is designed for those who are passionate about integrating technical sales expertise with innovative business solutions. In this role, you will work across multiple Salesforce cloud offerings and verticals, collaborate with internal teams and C-level client contacts, and deliver engaging product demonstrations and solution strategies.
Responsibilities
- Align innovative strategies with technology solutions for complex accounts.
- Partner with internal teams and C-level contacts to drive consensus.
- Conduct business development, operations, and IT strategy sessions.
- Deliver executive level demos and construct future state customer journeys.
- Assist Account Executives and Professional Services in strategic discovery and solution recommendations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent; minimum four years professional experience; strong technical, presentation, and collaboration skills; and the ability to work in varied political environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certifications and prior experience as a solution or sales engineer, preferable in CRM or similar technology companies.
