Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is seeking a Solution Engineer Pre-Sales to join its dynamic Sales Organization. This role involves partnering with clients, the Products team, and Professional Services to create innovative solutions and deliver executive product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business problem solving through innovative ideation.
  • Manage innovation by evaluating solution options and aligning teams.
  • Deliver executive level product demonstrations and rapid prototypes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build customized Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist in discovery, analysis, and strategic solution recommendation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and minimum of 4 years professional experience. Solid communication skills and the ability to work in varied environments are essential. Salesforce certifications and prior CRM experience are preferred.

Work Environment

This position may be office-based, flexible, or remote depending on the team alignment. Occasional travel is required based on territory alignment.
