Overview
The Solution Engineer Pre-Sales role invites candidates at all levels to join a dynamic team. You will work across multiple cloud offerings and verticals, engaging with C-level executives, collaborating internally, and demonstrating thoughtful, innovative solutions using Salesforce technologies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define business challenges and technical requirements.
- Develop and deliver customized Salesforce demonstrations and solution designs.
- Collaborate with sales, professional services, and product teams to drive innovation.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through decision frameworks and governance.
- Continuously engage in product training and certification to remain effective.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent experience with a minimum of 4 years professional experience. Strong technical, presentation, and communication skills are essential. Salesforce certifications and previous CRM solutioning experience are preferred.
