The Solution Engineer role at Salesforce offers opportunities across various cloud offerings and verticals. This position involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and C-level executives to disseminate tailored, innovative technology solutions that fuel business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with clients and internal teams to define business needs.
- Develop and present customized Salesforce solutions and demos.
- Drive consensus on multi-product technology solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor through business problem solving and innovation management.
- Collaborate on discovery, analysis and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field is required, along with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. Solid knowledge of web technology, databases, and excellent communication skills are essential. Salesforce certifications or prior CRM solution/sales engineering experience are preferred.
