Overview

Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, is seeking a Solution Engineer for its Pre-Sales team in Canada. This role is available at all levels, from associate to experienced professionals, and involves demonstrating technical and sales skills while designing innovative customer solutions.

Responsibilities

The Solution Engineer will partner with clients and internal teams to drive consensus on multi-product Salesforce solutions. Key tasks include:

  • Defining business problems and recommending innovative steps
  • Managing innovation by evaluating solution options
  • Creating connected experiences through demos and rapid prototyping
  • Collaborating with account executives and professional services teams
  • Delivering product demonstrations and technical strategies

Qualifications

Candidates should have a BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of professional experience is required with skills in business consulting, technical demonstrations, and interpersonal communication. Salesforce certifications and basic programming experience are preferred.
