Job Overview

This Small Business & Growth Business Account Executive role involves selling the entire Customer 360 Platform or specific cloud offerings across a set of Salesforce customers and/or new logos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business operations and C-level priorities
  • Create demand by matching business problems to Salesforce solutions
  • Uncover initiatives and pain points to align solutions
  • Build credibility as a trusted adviser
  • Generate pipeline leading to closed revenue and quota attainment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 years full-cycle sales experience, at least 1 year in field sales
  • Experience managing and growing both existing and new logo accounts
  • Proven record of selling to the C-suite
  • Skilled in crafting business cases and delivering ROI presentations
  • Able to build and deliver effective customer presentations
