Job Overview
This Small Business & Growth Business Account Executive role involves selling the entire Customer 360 Platform or specific cloud offerings across a set of Salesforce customers and/or new logos.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business operations and C-level priorities
- Create demand by matching business problems to Salesforce solutions
- Uncover initiatives and pain points to align solutions
- Build credibility as a trusted adviser
- Generate pipeline leading to closed revenue and quota attainment
Preferred Qualifications
- 2-5 years full-cycle sales experience, at least 1 year in field sales
- Experience managing and growing both existing and new logo accounts
- Proven record of selling to the C-suite
- Skilled in crafting business cases and delivering ROI presentations
- Able to build and deliver effective customer presentations
