Role Description
Slack, a Salesforce Company, is on a mission to simplify work and drive productivity. As a Slack Customer Success Manager, you will work with strategic, enterprise customers to ensure they successfully adopt and derive continuous business value from Slack.
Your Impact
You will:
- Empathize with customer experience and put clients first.
- Accelerate adoption and growth across Slack’s largest customers.
- Engage closely with enterprise customers to understand business drivers and goals.
- Guide customers in using Slack for effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage cross-functional partnerships, driving customer success and retention.
- Facilitate workshops and Executive Business Reviews.
- Contribute to customer success assets and thought leadership.
Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the future of work, possesses strong leadership and emotional intelligence, and has relevant customer-facing experience. Experience with SaaS, program management, and cultivating C-suite relationships is essential. In addition, you must have 3+ years of hands-on experience with Slack as a workplace tool.
Additional Information
This role is office-flexible with an expectation to be in the office three days per week at one of the following locations: San Francisco, New York, or Indianapolis. Compensation ranges differ by location.
