What We Do
As a Customer Success Manager for Public Sector, you will be the trusted advisor for strategic enterprise customers. You will help launch, adopt, and continually deliver business value using Slack.
- Advise and guide large Public Sector customers
- Craft joint customer success plans and success metrics
- Facilitate workshops and Executive Business Reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Build long-lasting customer relationships
Your Impact
You will work closely with our largest Public Sector enterprise customers to understand their business needs and challenges, develop success plans, and overcome barriers to customer advocacy, expansion, and retention. You will act as the voice for Slack customers within Salesforce, ensuring their requirements are met and expectations exceeded.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Slack as a workplace tool
- Experience in SaaS customer success, consulting, or account management
- Strong leadership, priority management, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to build VP+ executive sponsor relationships
- Program management capabilities and collaboration skills
