Role Overview

The Senior Specialist Solution Engineer role is designed for a technically-minded and courageous communicator with a startup mentality. This role is part of the Emerging Business Unit focusing on Partner Ecosystem Management and Channel Revenue Solutions. The position requires subject matter expertise, creative solutioning, and a track record in aligning innovative strategies with technology solutions within complex accounts.

Product Overview

  • Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM): Streamline partner onboarding, engagement, and productivity with a unified platform.
  • Salesforce Channel Revenue Solutions: Automate product-to-cash processes, simplify pricing and quoting, and optimize rebate programs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Support technical architecture meetings and asset creation.
  • Develop demo components, technical guides, and workshop programming.
  • Evangelize solutions at events and internally with sales teams.
  • Stay updated on product innovations and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Solution Engineering or related roles.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce Platform.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Salesforce Admin 201).
  • Prior experience as a solution/sales engineer in CRM or similar tech.
