The Role
As the Senior Director of UX Data360 Platform, you will lead strategy, alignment, and execution across critical platform experiences. You will translate a long-term cross-cloud vision into actionable UX strategies, operating at the intersection of design, business, and organizational change.
- Define and drive a unified UX strategy.
- Architect scalable design frameworks and governance models.
- Recruit and empower a global UX team.
- Build trusted cross-functional partnerships.
- Champion accessibility, design-system adoption, and ethical UX.
Responsibilities
Shape executive decision-making through visionary storytelling and customer insights tied to V2MOM priorities. Translate complex systems into intuitive, data-informed experiences that improve customer understanding. Drive high-quality product experiences with clear vision and strategic alignment. Cultivate an inclusive, diverse UX environment and build deep partnerships with Product, Engineering, and CX teams.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years designing and delivering products.
- 5+ years of direct management experience.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven portfolio in user-centered design.
- Expertise in design systems across web and mobile.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with complex enterprise platforms, customer data platforms and building strong collaboration within cross-functional teams.
