Role Overview
The Program Project Management Senior Manager reports to the Director of Cloud Business Partners and partners with the MuleSoft Account Success organization head. The role involves strategic planning, data analysis, insights creation, and operational execution to drive business performance and support sales leadership reviews.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Success Leadership for ad-hoc analyses and recommendations.
- Evaluate business performance against targets and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Technology, and Business Intelligence teams to create data dashboards.
- Build executive-level presentations and support quarterly global leadership reviews.
- Support GTM planning with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder management experience.
- Self-starter with high motivation in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Business Analysis, Data Visualization, and translating data into insights.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and executive engagement skills.
- 8+ years professional experience in consulting, sales strategy, or business operations.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce products, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and Data Cloud.
- Ability to work globally across time zones and travel quarterly.
Desired Skills/Experience
- Management consulting background is considered an asset.
- Experience with Fortune 100 companies and Customer Success strategies.
- Knowledge of MuleSoft and other Salesforce product features and best practices.
