About Product Analyst at Salesforce

Salesforce's Futureforce University Recruiting program seeks a Product Analyst who works on real projects that help drive future innovations. You will rotate through various tasks within the Digital Enterprise Technology team, gaining experience and hands-on exposure to our global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze data, conduct surveys, and participate in focus groups.
  • Write functional specifications based on user needs.
  • Communicate detailed requirements to engineering teams.
  • Write User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Utilize Agile and Iterative methodologies during SDLC.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent written and spoken communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with global cross-functional teams. A solid understanding of SDLC, business process analysis, and requirements gathering is preferred.
