As an Offensive Security Principal Red Team, your role is to lead advanced adversary simulation operations across Salesforce's products, platforms, and enterprise environments.

Role Overview

This senior, hands-on technical role requires you to design and execute complex red team operations that mimic real-world threat actor tactics. You will own end-to-end attack scenarios spanning the attack kill chain, exposing vulnerabilities and providing clear remediation guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute realistic red team operations.
• Develop advanced offensive tradecraft, including custom tooling and payloads.
• Analyze Salesforce products to simulate attacker techniques and identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with Detection & Response teams to validate security weaknesses.
• Mentor engineers and elevate red team methodologies.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must have deep offensive security expertise, with extensive hands-on experience in red teaming, penetration testing, and adversary simulation. A strong understanding of threat actor tactics, cloud and application security, and the entire kill chain is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams are required.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with a track record in security research, vulnerability discovery (CVEs, publications, conference talks), and experience in both adversary emulation and malware analysis are preferred.
