Role Description

As a Customer Success Manager Digital, you will be the trusted advisor for Salesforce customers who have purchased the Signature Success Plan. You will serve as the single point of accountability, focusing on customer advocacy, reducing attrition, and ensuring successful platform adoption.

  • Forge deep relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the delivery of Signature services and feature guidance.
  • Advise customers on new Salesforce features and release challenges.
  • Manage high severity incidents with timely communications.
  • Travel to customer sites if required and provide after-hour support as needed.

Your Impact

You will help customers achieve business goals by optimizing their Salesforce investment, ensuring they maximize value from the platform, and driving strategic customer investments to foster trusted growth.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years work experience in technical customer success or SaaS platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms.
  • Experience with software development processes and cross-functional team leadership.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, or similar platforms.
  • Salesforce product certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working with Enterprise-level customers.
