About the Role

As an AI Forward Deployed Engineer at Salesforce, you will lead complex AI agentic deployments and deliver transformative solutions. This role involves designing bespoke solutions with our Agentforce platform, leading technical engagements, and mentoring junior colleagues.

Your Impact

  • Drive end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable production systems.
  • Engineer custom intelligent agents with deep data integration.
  • Proactively remove technical blockers across project phases.
  • Lead rapid prototyping and technical debugging for optimized performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in hands-on delivery of scalable production systems.
  • Expert proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Java, Python, or Apex.
  • Deep experience with AI/LLM technologies and advanced data integration.
  • Strong background in the Salesforce platform with extensive customization.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities in technical roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Agentforce platform.
  • Exposure to conversational AI solutions in regulated industries.
  • Advanced Salesforce certifications and practical coding in Apex/Python.
  • Customer-facing experience managing complex deployments.
