MuleSoft Canada is actively hiring for both our Enterprise and General Commercial Account Executive segments. Our MuleSoft Enterprise segment focuses on working with our most strategic customers and organizations of 5000-10,000+ employees. Our MuleSoft Commercial segment focuses on working with customers and organizations with 200-4500 employees. As an Account Executive, you will thrive in a fast-paced team, engaging with diverse customers and receiving personalized training and career opportunities.

APIs are transforming the world and how companies conduct business. As a MuleSoft Account Executive, you will partner with companies to uncover and drive complex digital transformation strategies, utilizing our API Connectivity via the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform. In this role, you will work directly with C-level executives and collaborate with an account team to achieve customer business objectives and outcomes.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Our MuleSoft Enterprise Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads. They develop strong, positive, trusted relationships with both key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers within their assigned territory, helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will leverage your skills to develop opportunities through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

  • Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts.
  • Assist with the development and execution of overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned to customer business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal resources to meet customer business needs.
  • Assist with account planning at assigned accounts, coordinating with Prime and Cloud sales resources to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Share both MuleSoft and Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers.
  • Drive growth within new and existing, assigned accounts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enterprise: 10+ years of full cycle sales experience, at least 5 years in Enterprise Sales.
  • Commercial: Average of 5+ years of full cycle sales experience preferred, with at least 3 years in the field with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in selling technical platforms preferred.
  • Integration / API Market Awareness.
  • Management of large key account(s).
  • Ability to strategize with a large extended team.
  • Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g., extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).
